The "Franchise Interface" is a user interface into ADBOK.com™ specifically designed for multi-schools and franchises, whether you’re a school of two ADIs or a National School of 3,000.

The Franchise Interface allows business owners and franchisors to manage their franchisees' diaries online, in real-time.

Not only will your franchisees be able to generate new business by being on ADBOK.com™, but they will also be able to receive new lesson bookings via "HQ", or your "Call Centre".

Business owners will also be able to benefit from the "ADBOK.com™ Insights" — statistics on mileage, expenses and revenue information. As a business you will, for example, be able to see how much your organisation spends on tyres — why not take that information to a supplier and broker a better deal.

By using the Franchise Interface your office staff — or Call Centre — can easily identify your franchisees' availability, or "Calendar Capacity". The Calendar Capacity can be used to direct new bookings to quiet or under-utilised franchisees. By working in this way, you can maximize the earning potential of all your franchisees.

You can even take this a step further and use the Calendar Capacity figure to directly calculate your franchisees' Franchise Payment — if an ADI's diary is only 60% full, only charge them a 60% franchise fee.
